EMAIL
CRIME ALERT The
Email Crime Alert system is a community participation project that
creates a partnership between the community and the Police, to work
together to address local crime and emergency issues. This system was
developed to allow us to communicate with you in a timely and
accurate manner on matters of interest to you. These
could include, but are not limited to:
...and
more importantly, we would be seeking your assistance in relation to
these matters. It
is stressed that your response to an Email Crime Alert should in all
cases, be by telephone to Mandurah
Police Station on 9581 0222 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. This
way we can ensure your information is acted on immediately. Police
Station staff are on hand to take your call 24 hours a day and are in
the best position to arrange police attendance in response to your call.
PLEASE
NOTE!!! The Email Crime Alert System is not
designed to be used as a tool for members to report incidents or crime
to Police. If you wish to report a crime, or other matters that require
police attention in your area, or you require Police attendance or
assistance you must either telephone Police or attend the Police
Station. Shift
supervisors are on hand around the clock and need to be aware
immediately if something happens that requires them to send police to
your area - the best method for this remains to be the telephone. Application Form
The
information on this form will be added to a contact list group for
dissemination to various areas for the purpose of the Email Crime Alert
electronic newsletters. Membership submissions will be validated upon

declined and membership may be revoked at the discretion of the Western
Australian Police and no correspondence will be entered into. I
the undersigned hereby apply for membership to the Email Crime Alert and
